At FORM, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the gear's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
